However you celebrate at this delightful time, I wish you peace, joy, happiness, and a prosperous new year.
Kerrie Lehnert loves what she does and that can be seen in the quality of her work. Since 1998 she has been designing quality kitchens, baths, and more. Creating a design that fits her clients, their property, and their budget is a passion for her.
That passion is reflected in the extremely enthusiastic recommendations I've witnessed her receiving publicly from very happy clients. The happiness of her clients comes from exceeding their expectations.
She isn't landlocked in her designs either, as her skills extend to designing for yachts and planes as well. Her new office with a view of yachts right beyond her desk may give her a bit of inspiration too as it would certainly be a pleasure to work in such a setting.
Kerrie and her husband Robert will work with you from start to finish. Call them today for a complimentary design and walk-through.

Georgene is a passionate professional with over 20 years experience in the mortgage business. She loved helping 1st time buyers achieve homeownership. And refinanced their homes to reduce mortgage rates.
But as time went on, she began getting more and more inquiries from mature adults requesting a refinance of their homes. After interviewing them, it was often a sad task of having to explain that their income wasn’t sufficient to borrower the money they very much needed.
Some still had mortgages that were taken out during peak earning years, but with their current income of social security and sometimes a pension, they just didn’t qualify for more. Some could barely pay what they owed. Some were forced to sell and move from their homes. Others had to move in with children.
Georgene had heard about Reverse Mortgages. But, like many others, she was skeptical. "I was raised to think if something was too good to be true, it probably was.” She says, “But I and other loan officers were increasingly receiving more requests for information. I thought perhaps I had better take a closer look . And Boy was I amazed and embarrassed. Everything I thought I knew, was incorrect. I had the same misconceptions and believed the same myths as some of the misinformed people I spoke with. And that included other professionals!"
She now says with confidence that “this is one of the safest financial vehicles of all.” It literally took an Act of Congress, in 1987 to pass the FHA insurance bill. It is regulated and overseen by HUD. It is the only mortgage that allows you to borrow money, in whatever way you choose, use it for whatever need you have, and to pay it back when you move, or through your estate. The end date is when you reach age 150. It truly is money for life. And YES, the house stays in your name. You bought it, you pay for it. you own it!
What she learned about reverse mortgages and how she saw it change the lives of so many, made such an impact on her that she now is a strong proponent of it. Georgene was Hired by Wells Fargo to educate as well as facilitate the Reverse Mortgage. "It's a powerful tool that can help people reduce the financial stress in their lives, and thus enjoy life more " Rivers said. Do you have doubts and questions about Florida Reverse Mortgage? One of only two beach front motels on the entire island of Venice this delightful place will transport you back to another era. It's the type of place that I think the Rat Pack (Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Sammy Davis Jr.) would have enjoyed hanging out at if it was in Las Vegas or Palm Springs. It has a very cool mid-century modern vibe. There is no bar or food service here but some Rat Pack style music playing in the lounge area would certainly fit the ambiance.
This balcony view of the Gulf also shows the Venice Fishing Pier in the distance and a beach shower right at the trail to the beach.
At just 17 rooms the Beachcomber in Venice has a loyal clientele that enjoys coming back year after year. If you can get a room here you'll likely be added to their fans. Winter season stays are a two week minimum. Summer and Value season have three day minimums.

I thought that I would start my blog about Small Locally Owned Businesses with a post about a group that does a great job promoting locally owned businesses.
Venice Open Network is an opportunity for local businesspeople to establish working relationships, promote their businesses and support each other in a casual environment. It's also a good place for a bit of fun and laughter.
It is open to anyone in the area with a business to promote, it is not a membership group with a lot of free advantages for participants. As they say, If we did any less for you, we'd have to charge you more. Paul W. DeClark the gentleman standing in this photo is the founder of the group and you can find out more at Venice Open Network.
